ORDERING & SHIPPING ANNOUNCEMENT
Our small shop is currently experiencing a delay in processing & shipping orders. Due to popular demand, we are busy restocking. Orders placed after January 7 will incur longer standard shipping times and ship after February 3.

Please expect up to an additional 10-14 days on the standard delivery timeframe for new orders placed in mid-January and early February. New orders are scheduled to ship after February 18.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY COSTS

We are pleased to offer FREE standard shipping on most of our products and all deliveries in the United States (up to a $50 savings on all orders). Products that qualify for free standard shipping are ball pits, balls and decor items and will calculate free shipping at checkout unless otherwise noted on the product page.
Generally for most items, we are unable to ship to a P.O. box due to the size of the packages. Please provide an alternate delivery address during checkout.
STANDARD DELIVERY TIMEFRAME
As a small shop, our free standard shipping takes 1-5 days for processing in our store and with the supplier before shipment. Please expect on average 12-20 days in transit after processing for delivery on items.
- Once your order ships, a shipping notification that includes your tracking number will be sent to you via the email used during order checkout.
- Many of our items will ship separately from different vendors, so you may receive multiple shipping confirmation emails with unique tracking numbers if you order multiple items.
- The total estimated delivery timeframe = the processing time + delivery time.
- Many of our items are imported, so please note your tracking number may take time to update until it reaches a U.S. or Canada postal facility.
- Delays may occur as a result of customs clearance. Your local customs office may require additional documents and time to clear your package, which may delay the estimated delivery time (this is beyond our control).
- It may take 3-7 days to receive updated tracking information from the shipping carrier.

We work really hard to ensure your order arrives on time, however there can be delays with couriers and postal services that are beyond our control. If you are ordering for a special occasion, we recommend ordering early.
We do not offer order cancellations or refunds while a product is in transit, as it is already on the way to you.
A shipping confirmation is emailed to you as soon as your purchase has been shipped, which will allow you to track the status of your shipment. Most packages are trackable via USPS and FedEx carriers. Please check your order's tracking for more delivery timeframe information. Generally, most of our items ship directly from our suppliers, globally. Please email us at email@example.com to inquire about expedited shipping on specific products for an additional shipping fee. We do stock a selection of our products in our North Carolina warehouse and are able to expedite certain items. Unless otherwise specified, your order will ship from our global supplier.
Please contact us prior to placing your order to arrange for an expedited order. In your email, please include the products you are requesting and your date needed by to see if we can help meet your delivery timeframe.
*Expedited shipping arrangements are only available on U.S. orders.
ORDER DELIVERY DELAYS
Please ensure all delivery information is correct. If there is incorrect and/or missing information, we may be required to contact you to update the delivery information, which may cause delays in delivering your order.
Your order may be delivered to you by either the local post office or a local courier. Depending on your area, most orders will be delivered by your local post service, so the package will be received with your regular mail. If you are not home when the delivery is made, a notice card may be left by the postal service to advise on how and where your delivery can be collected.
There will be no reshipping arrangement made in case parcels are returned to sender for wrong addresses, incomplete addresses and returned due to unavailability to receive a package. Any refunds processed due to delivery issues may deduct a $19.99 shipping and restocking fee.
RETURNED / UNCLAIMED MAIL
If a package is unclaimed or refused by the recipient, we will not issue a refund. Once the package returns to Little Big Playroom, we will contact you for the correct address and you will be responsible for shipping and handling charges before we resend the package.
Little Big Playroom is not responsible for any custom fees, if applicable, once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages shipped may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.
LOST/DAMAGED BY USPS / MAIL CARRIER SERVICE
Little Big Playroom is not responsible for any errors made by the postal service. If your package has been lost in transit, please contact your local post office to file a claim.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen items if packages have been confirmed delivered.
